Escape to Sofia – the capital of Bulgaria, discover the history and charm of the city, which name means “Wisdom”. Spend a night in Plovdiv – the oldest continuously inhabited city in Europe, stroll the Old Plovdiv`s cobble stone streets with a local guide, explore Kapana – the artistic neighbourhod in the centre of the city. You will stay at 3* central hotels. We have included as well a dinner at a traditional restaurant in Sofia, walking distance from your hotel, where you will taste some local dishes.

Day 1 Sofia

Arrival in Sofia. Check in at your centrally located hotel.

Private city tour of Sofia ( walking ) if time permits.

Dinner at a traditional restaurant, walking distance from your hotel ( degustation menu ).

Overnight.

 

Day 2 Sofia

Free time in Sofia for own discoveries and visits. We will be happy to provide recommendations, if you are interested.

 

Day 3 Sofia – Plovdiv

Check out from the hotel after breakfast and departure by regular coach line ( or train ) to Plovdiv.

There are several departures daily, so we can provide a ticket based on your preference. Arrival in Plovdiv. Check in at your hotel, walking distance to your hotel. Based on your arrival time – private walking tour of Plovdiv.

Overnight.

 

Day 4 Plovdiv – Sofia

Free time in Plovdiv. Return to Sofia. Check in at your hotel.

 

Day 5 Sofia

Free time and departure.
