Full Day Tour of Plovdiv

Tour to the second largest Bulgarian city, situated 175 km to the southeast of Sofia.

Plovdiv was once a capital city of Philip the 2nd of Macedonia, the father of Alexander the Great. The city is contemporary of Troy, and is much older than Athens and Rome.

The tour includes visit of the Roman Amphitheatre, the Stadium, the Old Plovdiv Architectural reserve with the Ethnographic museum and the National Revival Houses complex (check for days of the week, the Ethnographic museum is closed on Mondays, but an alternative visit will be offered ).

The rates include: English speaking guide, tickets for regular bus line from Sofia to Plovdiv and back, entrances for the Ancient Amphitheatre and the Ethnographic museum.
